The Engine Room

More Splits-Elliptic madness, this time with a Ngon Final Transform added. I tend to use Ngon to add sharp corners and a stark geometric feel to a flame, but this time (and in the deviation that follows) it all went in a radically different direction.

Again, I'm slightly paranoid about the colour balance: I wanted the image to be fairly low-key but I worry that it may be a tad too much so. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Apophysis 7X + GIMP for framing and signature.

As you'll see I've disabled image download as it's happened to me a couple of times lately to find my pictures in places they weren't really meant to be. But here are the parametres - if you like it, you can make yourself one
